Gerrard Street, Soho

Conversion of the upper floors of two period buildings in China Town, Soho. We refurbished the existing upper floors and provided a full ‘Cat A+’ fit out throughout, to provide ‘ready to go’ office space for any prospective tenants. A new zinc clad roof and dormers provided an additional floor and enabled access to a new external roof terrace. A bespoke, bronze patina metal staircase runs through all the floors - manufactured and fitted by Produk, it is a worthy addition to the buildings. Full MEP, HVAC and fire detection systems were installed by our trusted subcontractors. Where possible, existing finishes and details were retained to express the beauty of the original construction.
