Oakhill Avenue, Hampstead

The property is located in Hampstead filled with remarkable architecture. Works included a full house refurbishment and new internal layout to suit the positioning of the new rear extension. The concrete framed extension, accommodating a generous kitchen and dining area, reaches into the rear garden. Due to the existing sloping terrain, the extension appears to cantilever over the existing garden. Floor to ceiling glazing is protected by a slim concrete frame creating layered depth to the facade and a covered colonnade. A small basement was also created to include small plant room and wine cellar.
